Delicious and so easy!! I used a regular onion since I didn't have shallots and substituted cream cheese for the marscapone. This dip is so tasty! I topped with scallions since I had some to use up and served with corn tortilla ships. A big hit tonight!!!!!""

Mucho excellente!! I had to deviate from some of the original ingredients, but the marinade was made as directed. I used tilapia instead of mahi mahi. This was my first time making fish tacos, and they turned out excellent! For the toppings, we had ingredients on hand to use up, so used those instead. Sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, jalapeno, tomatoes,...

Very good! My husband and I particpate in a local CSA, so we tried to find a recipe we could use a lot of our weekly fresh ingredients in. This one was perfect. We used swiss chard in place of the treviso and we added broccolini as well. I really liked the balsamic vinegar. We also had goat feta, so we used that in place of the goat cheese. I agree...

Very good! I also used cornstarch as a thickener, as I didn't have any arrowroot. It did clump a little, so I strained the sauce and it worked just fine. I also *forgot* to add the chicken broth, which made the sauce saltier than I would have preferred. Over all, it was very, very good. I will make again and probably substitute water for the broth...

Oh...my....gosh! This was really, really good. I used a 2.5 lb. roast instead, so I tried to cut down on the cooking time. I didn't cut it down enough, and it was slightly overcooked - completely my fault. But I am still giving this recipe 5 stars for flavor. The gravy was excellent!!!! The mushrooms are key in making the gravy. I usually make pot...

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and was very pleased. This year, I wanted to make cornbread muffins with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes (Giada's recipe), but I didn't have all of the ingredients to make them. Instead I added garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the cornbread stuffing. WOW-it turned out fantastic! I did not use the eggs, simply because...

I now actually LIKE pumpkin pie! This is the best pumpkin pie I have ever made. I like that it's not the traditional pumpkin pie I am used to from my family's dinners. The cream cheese gives it a nice texture and almost like a cheesecake taste. I follow the recipe exactly as written. My picky niece even had two pieces!!
