Reviewed Creamed Tuna on Toast
"When I was growing up my mom used cream of mushroom soup as a base to make this. That's how I prefer it actually because it gives it a bit more flavor. We would serve it over the toast and have sliced hard cooked eggs and fried potatoes (not french fries) with it. It was real comfort food."
I love lots of things, music, entertaining, movies and of course cooking. I love fixing meals for people to enjoy. I'm beginning to start a collection of cookbooks also.
Favorite FoodsAll kinds. I love learning new things and trying new things. Well except I'm sure there are some strange things out there I wouldn't try...but I'm willing to have an open mind about most foods.
