This was tasty. I added extra garlic as well as about a half an onion and some tomato paste, based on other reviews of the recipe being too watery. I served it over angel hair pasta and it was delicious.

Yeah, this was as good as everyone says it is. I worried that both the syrup and the glaze would be too much but I thought they both served different purposes and flavors were great. Lots of prep work is involved in this recipe, but worth it.

FYI I did bake in a bundt and it worked well. I baked at 350 for almost an hour. I think...

The flavors of this recipe are spot on, it was the consistency that I struggled with. I think the part where you put the Parmesan in the sauce is where I struggled, as you should take your time to slowly whisk in the cheese to the sauce. Loved the fresh basil and will make again, next time with chicken and more red pepper flakes!

This was delicious! I added three cloves of garlic minced into the sauce directly and used nearly an entire bag of spinach. Light, tasty and refreshing!

Like many reviewers, I ended up with a deflated peach pancake. I don't know if it was an elevation problem (I live in high altitudes) but I followed the recipe exactly (omitting half of butter). The worst part, I think, was wasting those delicious fresh peaches on this recipe! Sorry Paula, but this recipe is a no-go for me. "

So I think the rating of this recipe really depends on how much you like watermelon. I followed the recipe exactly and it was "meeeh"... My watermelon wasn't too sweet but it required extra syrup, lime juice and lemonade. I probably wouldn't make these again. "

Really delicious! I subbed cranberries for raisins and used low-fat mayo. Could have used more broccoli and something crunchy (almonds?) and the recipe made too much dressing but still really really tasty! "
