"I made this for Christmas Eve, and it was received with rave reviews! It is so easy and delicious - the best scampi I have ever prepared. I omitted the lemon zest, because I feared it would be overpowering, and used about one cup of panko. The shrimp were cooked to perfection! Many thanks, Ina, for your wonderful recipes. I have prepared many of your creations and have never been disappointed. You are the type of person everyone wishes he/she had for a friend. :o)
