Reviewed Salmon with Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze
"OH SO GOOD!
This was a great glaze added to fresh Alaskan Salmon - clean flavors and agree with other reviewers that it wasnt nearly as sweet as I was expecting (Thank God). The glaze was enough for several nights of dinner, and was super easy to make.
This is a keeper!"
Reviewed Grilled Romaine with Blue Cheese-Bacon Vinaigrette

Reviewed Chile Cheese Casserole
"Dish was okay. Agree with other reviewers comments about lack of flavor.
I added onions and jalapenos but it didnt seem to do much for taste.
I'd really like it to work, will try again, add more stuff and cook less than the 30 minutes outlined...it was a little dry.""
Reviewed Sweet and Sour Chicken
"So good!
I knew I had a winner when my boyfriend dug right in and didnt take a breath until his plate was empty! I've never made Asian cuisine before bc it intimidates me a bit, but this was super easy, super yummy and great for lunch the next day.
I added a few things thanks to previous reviewers:
Sauce: 2 cloves of garlic, ginger (recipe didn""
Reviewed Smothered Pork Chops
"Easy to make and my boyfriend said it was great!
Because I dont eat meat, I generally have to cut recipes in in half or to a quarter....but dont cut the gravy short here...next time more gravy for the mashed potatos!""
