Reviewed Salmon with Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze

Sep 14, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

OH SO GOOD!
This was a great glaze added to fresh Alaskan Salmon - clean flavors and agree with other reviewers that it wasnt nearly as sweet as I was expecting (Thank God). The glaze was enough for several nights of dinner, and was super easy to make.
This is a keeper!"

Quick, easy and according to this vegetarian's boyfriend: TASTY!
My Romaine was a bit limpy, so i think I need to use less Olive Oil on the leaves - other than that it was great! "

It was yummy with plain lighly salted potato chips too.

I used non fat ingredients and low fat blue cheese. REALLY GOOD. Total go-to for tailgating!""

Simple with great flavor.
I will have to half the recipe next time... it was SO MUCH FOOD!
I didnt have smoked cheese or lquid smoke, so that was left out. Im sure it's even tastier with it.
I used the juice from the Artichoke and I'm really glad I did. It was very thick...especially when keeping warm for a football game...

I'd really like it to work, will try again, add more stuff and cook less than the 30 minutes outlined...it was a little dry.""

I knew I had a winner when my boyfriend dug right in and didnt take a breath until his plate was empty! I've never made Asian cuisine before bc it intimidates me a bit, but this was super easy, super yummy and great for lunch the next day.

I did add the red pepper flakes, the flavor was good but very rich bc of the butter. I'll need to figure out what to serve it with to cut the thick butter taste.

Next time going to try Giada's version I think.
