I'm a huge fan of mushrooms, but I won't be making this recipe again. After 9 hours, the mushrooms were super flavorful, but overly rich and the texture was really off. After the amount of money you will spend on this recipe, plus all the time it takes, it's just not worth it. Maybe it's just an acquired taste, but the flavor was just too stro...
