Not bad, added only 1/2 a tablespoon of kosher salt since it seemed that 1 was too much. I also wouldn't add olive oil to the chicken for marinating. It never gave the lime a chance to sink in to the meat. Plus I had issues with the temperatures that the recipe called for when cooking the onion, way too hot. Other than that, pretty tasty.""
