This was great: looked beautiful, delicious and healthy. I didn't have all veggies on hand but still great with carrots, red potatoes and brussel sprouts. Will make again soon! So easy!

Super yummy and easy and fast to make. I did leave the grated onion and zucchini in a strainer for bout 15 minutes. Only needed 6 tbsp of flour. Served with sour cream and added a bit of chirachi sauce for those who like it hotter. All gone within minutes!

Very good. I did have to cook longer than indicated. I am not
sure about the orange rind. Some guests could not even detect the flavour others thought it too strong, i have a picky toddler and he loved it!

AMAZING! I make this often. Perfect balance of sweet and sour. I use a bit of the dressing to quickly marinate salmon, then fry it up. The sesame oil is enough slick that nothing needs to be added. Everyone raves about this dressing."

Made with lean ground chicken and only had skim milk. Smells so good while in the oven. Pretty tasty but sooooo salty. You reallybdon't need more salt as the feta is salty already."

I made this as a main dish for a vegetarian Christmas supper with green salad and french beans. First, it makes a lot - it fed 10 adults with some extra. The sauce was amazing, super cheesy, but I would omit the nutmeg. Not wow enough to want to make again.
