"Great ice cream alternative! Since my wife and I have lactose intolerance issues, but love ice cream, we had to give this a try. I would suggest either not freezing the bananas all the way or let them thaw a while before pureeing. Our food processor did make it smooth, but it took longer than I thought. Would like to try Nutella next time as a variation.
