"These cookies were a total disaster! They all stuck to the parchment paper and could not even be eaten. As I realized what was happening, I did the last tray without the parchment paper but the cookies from that batch pretty much fell apart and so were also not edible. The entire batch went into the trash. BTW, I did taste one prior to tossing them, and they were not even very good. Sort of like chewy candy, very sugary, very little taste of coconut...what a waste of time, ingredients and money!"
