"Easy - no fail. My go to recipe now. Thanks Ina!"

Reviewed Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw

"Nice recipe. Not as heavy as traditional mayonaise coleslaws. But not as tart as a pickled slaw - which I like, but not all the time.
Will make this again...and again..."

Reviewed Potato Salad

"Actually, quite good. But found it didn't need as much salt as the recipe called for. Perhaps it depends on the type of salt used, or the saltiness/acidity of the mustard.
Generally, I'm not a fan of potato salads (except my mom's!). This one is good too. Really good."

Reviewed Maple Pecan Rice Pudding

"Really, really good. Only gave 4 stars because I had to cool it a little longer after adding the second part of the 1/2 and 1/2 to thicken it up sufficiently. Taste wise - it's a 5."

Reviewed Massaged Kale Salad

"Love this. My go to "green salad" when it's winter and the greens aren't looking so nice in the stores.

Reviewed Apple Pie Coffee Cake

"Was skeptical before trying this recipe. Most cakes have far more oil/fat/butter than this one does. And, it looked too easy. It was really moist and flavorful. It does need a tart apple. Otherwise, yes, it will be too sweet. Turbinado sugar on top gave it a nice bit of texture.""

Reviewed Beautiful Zucchini Carbonara

"Made this a week ago and my husband called it, "Possibly the best pasta he's ever had." He liked it so much that he agreed to try cooking it on his own yesterday. (I'm not sure he's ever done much more than boil water in the past.) It turned out fabulous. He now has a recipe book that has one recipe in it - this one. And he is willing to try to do more. Will be definately look at more Jamie Oliver recipes. Great for the novice cook AND great for the experienced cook who wants a simple and good meal.

Thank you so very much. Easy with great flavours.
