This was fabulous! I haven't had much luck with the few meringues I've tried in the past, but having tried this, I think it's because none of the recipes specified that the sugar be added slowly, which makes all the difference in the texture--my previous attempts came out very flat. I didn't have any passionfruit available, but I did have clementines...

I weighed everything--I always do!--and my dough even looked like the dough on the show. Prepared by some of the reviews here, I made my cookies slightly smaller and placed them farther apart on the cookie sheet....and they still spread far too much and ran together.
