This recipe is excellent! The first time I tried it, I used the oven-ready noodles but they didn't seem to cook completely. I used regular noodles the second time and used ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese. I used oregano, pepper and light salt to "season" the ricotta and it came out perfect!
