"This is my family's favorite chicken recipe. It is fabulous. I used chicken thighs, 2 tsp ground black pepper, 2 T maple syrup, 2 tsp cumin. The salt was the same. Marinated overnight. Easy, delicious, juicy, tender, and perfectly flavored. I will definitely make this often. I served it with plain white Rice and braised Romaine lettuce. ""
