It is very important to take the time to brown the vegetable puree and then after adding the tomato paste take the time to brown it again. OMG!!!!! I just pureed 3 bananas with lots of brown spots (very ripe) with a heaping tablespoon of all-natural smooth peanut butter, a tablespoon of honey and a pinch of salt and it is delicious!!!!! I've put it in the freezer to surprise my husband with it for tonights dessert. Hope he loves it, too!!! Great healthy recipe!"
