My Activity

Reviewed Spinach Gratin

"Really delicious and so easy. Everyone absolutely loved it. I made it in individual serving dishes and it made a great presentation. Served as a dinner with Rib Eye Steaks with Mushroom Sauce and Steamed Carrots. As good as anything from a high end steak house."

Reviewed Coconut Cream Bread Pudding

"I'm sorry, I just didn't think it had enough flavor. I think it needed some sugar in the custard before it's poured over the bread."

Reviewed Peanut Butter and Nanner Ice Cream

"OMG!!!!! I just pureed 3 bananas with lots of brown spots (very ripe) with a heaping tablespoon of all-natural smooth peanut butter, a tablespoon of honey and a pinch of salt and it is delicious!!!!! I've put it in the freezer to surprise my husband with it for tonights dessert. Hope he loves it, too!!! Great healthy recipe!"

Reviewed Come 'ere Puddin' Pie - Chocolate-Ginger Pudding Pie

"Absolutely DELICIOUS! It's very rich and I found that cutting it into 12 servings was the perfect amount for dessert. It is soooooo easy to make. Give it a try!

Reviewed Huggy Buggy Bread Pudding

"I served this to the scariest critic... my mom... and she absolutely loved it! It was a huge hit at my dinner party and I can't wait to have a reason to make it again. It's incredibly easy and so great to make for a dinner party because you can make it in advance and bake it fresh when you're ready to serve dessert. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I made it in the morning and kept it in the bowl that I made it in until I was ready to bake it after dinner, melted the butter in the 13x9 and then put the mixture in the pan and baked it a bit longer because it was refrigerator cold when I put it in the oven. It was wonderful with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
