I have made this twice this week! Skipped the shrimp and substituted chorizo for andouille. I also used homemade chicken stock and had no issues with saltiness.

I love this recipe!! I used Italian bread flour and only 2 cups (plus enough for board). Crispy Neopolitan pizza! I also cook for 8 min on 450-500. "
