Reviewed Baked Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs

"I saw Giada make these right before Thanksgiving last year. I made them ahead of time to make sure my family would like them. My son tasted them and said we just "couldn't take it to his sister's for Thanksgiving. We'll have to leave them here." as he put another forkful in his mouth. They were a BIG hit with everyone. Absolutely no leftovers. They are creamy and rich and very easy to prepare. They're great to travel since they can be refrigerated. Once you get to where you're going put them in the oven and 30(or- so) minutes later take them to the table! They were requested this year. Absolutely delicious!
