Made this today, one word YUMMY!!! It was quick, easy and delicious. Nice clean flavors. My kids loved it too. Will make it again. I'm looking forward to left overs tomorrow.

Family and friends LOVE this! I do make a few changes, I double the peppers and rather than use prosciutto, I use roast beef, its easier to slice.

Family loved the pork. (I did not make the vegetables attached.) I put roast to rest on top of sliced onion, and made a pan gravy. House smelled amazing. I served it with rice, next time going to try it with wide noodles or mashed potatoes. Going to make this again.

Yum!!! We loved it. I used a cast iron grill pan, on the stove and added the peas two minutes prior to the orzo being cooked rather than defrosting them. Looking forward to making the again.

My family loved this. Could only find a pork roast at 3 pounds but it was plenty for 4 adults and one teenager. We had it with boiled new potatos. Next time, I plan on using the imersion blender on the gravy before I add the mushrooms for a smoother gravy. Would make again.""
