So good! I've made this dish twice, and the second time was much much better! This time, I made sure that the goat cheese and cream cheese were room temperature. Also, I added tomatoes, which was a good sweet balance to the tartness of the goat cheese and 2 cloves of garlic. ""

Very simple to make, yet delicious too! I didn't have frozen blueberries so I add raspberries instead and it was very good. Next time, I'll mix the berries. I also left the french toast in the oven for 50 minutes because it was wet when I checked on it after 40 minutes. ""
