"I know Greek food pretty well and this is an excellent recipe. My family loved these. I will make these quite often. I substituted fresh spinach instead of using frozen. If you do this make sure you buy LOTS and LOTS of spinach! Also, what Ina says about the phyllo is true, it is fussy if you do not thaw it out correctly."
