"I followed this recipe exactly (but also threw in a few cauliflower florets that I wanted to use up) okay almost exactly...and it was delicious. I'm finding nutmeg is really amazing with allot of cheese based dishes that I never thought would be. It really adds a nice aroma to the soup. Will be making it again."
