Reviewed Tiramisu

"Followed this recipe exactly (used extra 1/2 cup of espresso) - and it was absolutely perfect! Much better than I could ever imagine. Super easy to make and a beautiful presentation as well!! Will be making this a go-to dessert!"

Reviewed Tangerine-Glazed Easter Ham With Baby Carrots

"Very, very good! Whole family really enjoyed the flavor of this ham-only suggestion is to go easy on the salt and pepper before rubbing with the sage oil, don't forget that ham is a very salty cut of meat and doesn't really need the extra salt (plus the other fantastic flavors like the sage and glaze really make this dish!!) Another Holiday keeper"

Reviewed Chocolate Gooey Butter Cookies

"I have been looking for a recipe like this for years (someone who makes for our family every year makes a chocolate cookie with peanut butter cups) and it has been my favorite but I never knew the proper name for the cookie! After reading reviews that the cookie lacked flavor I decided to change the recipe a little bit by adding 1/4 cup powdered sugar right into the dough as well as an extra 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla. As in my favorite recipe, right after I took the cookies out of the oven I pushed a peanut butter cup right in the middle. They turned out amazing!! Not dry at all, perfectly moist and chewy!!! Can't wait to enjoy them with my family!!

Reviewed Maple-Roasted Turkey with Sage, Smoked Bacon, and Cornbread Stuffing

"WOW is an understatement! After reading these reviews we decided to make this turkey, and I have a feeling this will be a Thanksgiving staple in our family for a long time! We also brined our turkey in an apple cider/wine/maple syrup/kosher salt mixture for about 15 hours..the juiciest turkey I have ever tasted! It is a guarantee that if you make your turkey using this recipe..your thanksgiving meal will be a success!!

Reviewed Roasted Chicken Purses

"I thought this recipe was fantastic! I made my own dough for the ravioli and I wish I would have used the wonton wrappers instead (dough was thicker than it should have been-and a lot more messy!) I also added the juice of 1/2 of the lemon to the melted butter to toss the ravioli in after they were done cooking-it came out amazing! Will definitely make again!!
