Reviewed Salad Nicoise with Seared Tuna
"This was my hub's 1st foray into Nicoise, and he loved it! He commented on the taste treats around the plate and mentioned the "dressing."
The Ahi Tuna was "fresh" rather than canned or previously frozen. After grilling that was incredible!
Not sure about totally lemon juice acidity. I think I'll try part vingegar/lemon the next time.
