Reviewed Ginger-Carrot Soup

It's a great recipe. I doubled it and the second night added more potato, onion, and a little more garlic, ginger saut���ed slowly, and blended with the soup. Very nice recipe and my kids enjoyed it too. Great served with a spoonful of creme fraiche and some homemade croutons.

Stellar recipe! I think the only changes I made were: I added whole fresh mushrooms and used organic crushed tomatoes with basil. I am already thinking about when to make it again next.
