Reviewed Hollandaise Sauce
"Delicious I'd never made, and I can't remember if I ever had hollandaise sauce, but this was a fabulous start. My arm got REALLY tired trying to beat the eggs, but it was worth it. Unlike others, I found the lemon to be a good balance. The butter made this recipe rich and delicious. Very good and fairly simple.
