My Activity
Reviewed Orange Cream Mimosa
"So good, even if you do it the lazy way like me, not bothering to blend it. I just whisked the ingredients together. These are by far the best mimosas I have ever had. I made these for my boyfriend and I's anniversary. This is the kind of guy who doesn't like champagne or wine, but he love this so much he drank nearly the entire bottle, leaving me"
Reviewed Cinnamon Rolls
"Never has such heavenly perfection come out of my toaster oven. Proceeded by an aroma so angelic it can't be true, these rolls descend on a lightly toasted outer crust and a soft, supple inner core. Of the four who have tried these delicious buns, all said it was the best they had ever had. Never again will I use the canned stuff!
I did make a few changes to suit my fancy. I used only about 3-3 1/4 cups of flour, probably because it's really humid down here. For the filling I substituted half the regular sugar with dark brown sugar and added a pinch more cinnamon. I also glazed the rolls with butter after the second rise (before putting them in the oven) because, let's be honest, this is already really unhealthy! I added a bit of cream cheese to the glaze as well.
Also, I see many mention not needing all the required time. My cooked in about 23 minutes. "

Reviewed Goat Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breasts
"Excellent, very delicious recipe, even with my "low-fat" changes. I just switched out the goat cheese for low-fat feta and then pan fried with half the oil. I can imagine it tastes even more amazing with the goat cheese and will be making that version on one of my "eat whatever I want" days! "
