"A tasty cake! This was ny first time trying a red velvet cake and it came out fablous-moist and a good texture. My grandmother was an excellent baker. Unfortunatly, she died in April and we have not had cakes in our house since. It was good to hear my dad giving a good reviews on my cake because he swears no one can bake like grandmar did. I took the advice from the other reviews: cut the oil,cut the colouring,increased the cocoa and vanilla. I'm going to make cupcakes for my son and nephew right now. Thanks Food Network!
