I mainly used this recipe for the cooking instructions and the dry rub, which were spot-on. For the barbecue sauce, I used the "Neely's BBQ Sauce" recipe, which luckily made the perfect amount of sauce to blend with the pulled pork. Fantastic combination, highly recommended."

These were amazing. After reading some of the reviews that said the flavor was mild, I added an extra tablespoon of chili powder, and they turned out fantastic. Also, if you cube the chicken just a little larger (1.5 by 1.5 inches), you can cook the bacon until it's crisp while cooking the chicken to a perfect doneness."
