This is great! It was so easy to make and I was able to whip it up in just 15 minutes! Just in time for my midnight munchie time. Yummy!

Reviewed spicy chicken and almond stew

Mar 21, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This stew was soooo delicious! It was the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, nutty, and awesome! I used a teaspoon of dried ginger since I had everything else on hand and didn't want to waste a trip to the store. I also cut the cayenne in half and put the shaker on the table so that my family could add as much or as little as they wanted. This recipe...

Easy and yummy! The pork is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I doubled the recipe and froze the leftovers with the extra juice. It is so good, you just have to try it!"

Cooked up so fast and was really easy! It wasn't really spicy at all so we added some Cayenne to ours. After a long day of fall cleaning, this hit the spot!"

After eating this the first time I discovered that I was addicted to capers! I made a second batch. It is so delicious and so easy to make!"

Loved it! I also don't like tarragon so I substituted some fresh thyme and parsley. My parents loved it too and they don't really like salmon."

Jul 13, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

We loved this recipe! It was a little time consuming, but it was worth it. For a special occasion or a weekend supper. I made two and gave one to a friend. The flavor was great and I really liked putting it together.

The mushroom white sauce would be really good with some pasta and grilled chicken as well. It was super yummy!"

Reviewed Chicken Paprikash

Dec 2, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was good. It didn't taste like the chicken paprika I grew up with, but it tasted good.

Definitely invest in the low sodium chicken broth! I didn't and it was a little salty for my taste. I also used chicken breasts because they are more healthy than chicken thighs.

Overall, a good recipe.""

The cake is really yummy. The glaze soaked into the cake, even after I let it cool completely.

I couldn't find marzipan in my grocery store so I just used green icing. I also made just one big bunt. It didn't turn out as pretty as the picture, but it was really yummy.""

Reviewed Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Sauce

Nov 22, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is so yummy! It's not too cranberry-ey which makes it more palatable for cranberry sauce haters.

I had to add 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch to get it to gel instead of the recommended 2 teaspoons. I also couldn't find just cranberry juice. So I used a cranberry juice cocktail. It turned out just fine. We loved it, and so did...

Yum! I made half the recipe in an 8x8 pan. It was delicious! My husband said he liked it more than a traditional lasagna, which is saying a lot. He loves lasagna!

The recipe doesn't say to put the pancetta back in, but I did. Next time I think I would go lighter on the pesto, and add some sausage. ""

Oct 30, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These were soooo good! You have to try them!

I found there was a LOT of breading left over. You could cook up about 4 lbs of strips with this breading and freeze them. Then just heat them in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Then you won't waste all that yummy breading! There was also a lot of leftover dip. But it keeps pretty...

Oct 30, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is delicious!

I couldn't find pappardelle so I used linguine and it was really good! I prefer to use the pre-grated Parmesan for this. The fresh stuff tastes good but clean-up was terrible. It stuck to everything and I ended up throwing out my scrubber because I couldn't get the cheese off. So the second time I made it, I used...

Oct 30, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

YUM-O! This recipe was super easy! I'm not a baker, but these buns came out perfectly. The real trick is to make sure you push the buns down nice and tight. Then all the gooey goodness and apples will stick. Everyone loved them. They were gone in a day. I made one batch as the recipe is written. Then I made one batch with Gala apples and pecans. ...

Soooo good! This was amazing and so fancy looking! Just don't tell your friends how easy it was..

.I found that if I put the pastry bowls and tops in at the same time, the lids would burn before the bowls were finished. So I put the bowls in and waited about 10 minutes. Also, I put the pastry in when I add the cream to the sauce....
