My Activity
Reviewed Chicken-Corn Chili
"Cooked up so fast and was really easy! It wasn't really spicy at all so we added some Cayenne to ours. After a long day of fall cleaning, this hit the spot!"
Reviewed Chicken Piccata
"After eating this the first time I discovered that I was addicted to capers! I made a second batch. It is so delicious and so easy to make!"
Reviewed Salmon Chowder with Yukon Gold Potatoes
"Loved it! I also don't like tarragon so I substituted some fresh thyme and parsley. My parents loved it too and they don't really like salmon."
Reviewed Cowboy Chicken Casserole
"We loved this recipe! It was a little time consuming, but it was worth it. For a special occasion or a weekend supper. I made two and gave one to a friend. The flavor was great and I really liked putting it together.
The mushroom white sauce would be really good with some pasta and grilled chicken as well. It was super yummy!"
Reviewed Chicken Paprikash
"This was good. It didn't taste like the chicken paprika I grew up with, but it tasted good.
Definitely invest in the low sodium chicken broth! I didn't and it was a little salty for my taste. I also used chicken breasts because they are more healthy than chicken thighs.
Overall, a good recipe.""
Reviewed Mini Pumpkin Spice Cakes with Orange Glaze
"The cake is really yummy. The glaze soaked into the cake, even after I let it cool completely.
I couldn't find marzipan in my grocery store so I just used green icing. I also made just one big bunt. It didn't turn out as pretty as the picture, but it was really yummy.""
Reviewed Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Sauce
"This is so yummy! It's not too cranberry-ey which makes it more palatable for cranberry sauce haters.
I had to add 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch to get it to gel instead of the recommended 2 teaspoons. I also couldn't find just cranberry juice. So I used a cranberry juice cocktail. It turned out just fine. We loved it, and so did all of our guests.""
Reviewed Asparagus Lasagna
"Yum! I made half the recipe in an 8x8 pan. It was delicious! My husband said he liked it more than a traditional lasagna, which is saying a lot. He loves lasagna!
The recipe doesn't say to put the pancetta back in, but I did. Next time I think I would go lighter on the pesto, and add some sausage. ""
