This is without a doubt the best ham glaze recipe I have ever made. I did not have orange marmalade; so I used apricot. I believe it wouldn't have made a difference. Either one would be delicious. The timing on the ham did, however seem insufficient. My ham weighed 5lbs., and after 30 minutes, the temp was only about 115 degrees. It took 50 minut"
