Reviewed Stuffed Poblano Chiles ("Chiles Rellenos"
"Wow. I guess this is how fresh Mexican cuisine tastes! This recipe was insanely delicious. I have no experience with making Mexican food (except for tacos out of the box) but Marcela really inspires me week after week. So proud that I tackled the stuffed poblano and it was beyond my expectations. Going to be making these in the future. My only recommendation is make sure you grab a small clove of garlic for the sauce.
