I've made these a few times now and really like the fact that they have more of a cake-like texture and sweet- unlike dry, plain cornbread. I even just made them for my county fair in the muffins category and won champion! I like the sweetness of them the best as well as I don't choke on them for being dry! Would highly recommend!"
