Reviewed Chicken-and-Dumpling Soup

"I think the recipe is very hard and has to many ingredients in it. Since, I am southern I like my dumplings made with sr flour and ice cold water rolled very thin in small strips put in the small amount of chicken broth from the boiled whole chicken (cut up) some of each white and dark taken off bone put back in the broth then drop the strips of dumplings in let boil a few minutes eat immediately. The broth is creamy, the chicken is very good and this is my favorite dish in the winter, particularly if my daughter makes them, I would put her against Michael Symon chicken and dumpling, it does not take very long, she would be the WINNER. Sorry, Michael. "
