This recipe is so easy to follow and cleanup is a cinch. My family loves the lemon tartness of the glaze paired with the cakelike softness of the cookie. Fresh lemon juice is a must. The cookies are wonderful by themselves too, without the glaze for more subtle lemon flavor.
