I made this a little easier by using an organic jarred marinara sauce. I had some portabella mushrooms left over and added those, too. Used a seasoned olive oil brushed on the buns before toasting them, and added some mozzarella cheese - wonderful!! Don't forget to toast the buns or the marinara soaks into them making them rather soggy. Great "
