I plan to make this, but I have a question. The Ingredients list 2 T. butter or 2 T. vegetable oil under "Meatballs," but 1 & 2 of the instructions say butter and oil. Which is it, &, if it's both, is it still 2 T. of each? Thank you."

I had a terrible time getting these cooked enough. Was it a mistake to roast them in a Pyrex dish, instead of a metal one? I roasted them 1 hr., 10 mins., then cooked them in a saucepan with a little water, cooked off the water, & served them. They were better than just cooked in water, but ... whew!"
