"Really disappointed in these...was looking forward to trying something different in the way of whoopie pies but, these were not only very time consuming, but not that tasty...sorry Alex, won't be making these again...will stick to the old "Stoddard Bakery" recipe I've been making forever."

"I've been making this soup for a few years now, ever since I got Ellie's book. So easy and delicious! Not to mentions healthy! I use kale instead of spinach & fire roasted tomatoes. Everyone from my boyfriend to my co-workers love this soup! Ellie, you're the bomb!! :-)"

Reviewed Arugula and Strawberry Salad
"I LOVE salads and am always looking for something a little different...this hit the mark! The sweet strawberries cut the sharpness of the sherry vinegar and the bitterness of the arugula. I, too, added some goat cheese crumbles and the tang from it was a nice contrast. Didn't have poppy seeds so I used toasted sesame seeds instead. Can't wait "
