The meal was quick and tasty. I placed the chicken over a bed of rice with green beans on the side. My only complaint was the cream - I used light cream, so this may have been part of the problem. When I covered the chicken to simmer, the cream sort of separated alittle, leaving the chicken somewhat unappealing. The chicken still tasted very good...

Wow, Excellent! I used some pretty thick breasts so I stabbed a few holes into the thick part of the breast and cooked the full 40 minutes. I didnt want to overwhelm the chicken with garlic so I used 2T's instead of 3.I also left out the last sprinkling of salt at the end of the prep. The chicken was not brown after the 40minutes so I did have to "
