"First of all, I love Guy's style and his enthusiasm is totally contagious. I am a Polenta LOVER!!!! Who would have thought, Polenta Lasagna! I made this italian style - ground pork seasoned with carmelized onions/garlic, salt/pepper/oregano. I added grated romano cheese to the polenta and followed Guy's remaining directions.
