I haven't tried it yet, but the ingredients list red wine yet the instructions on what to do with wine, states that it white wine. Which is is? I believe the show I watched with this recipe as the start attraction used red wine. I do not have anchovy so I will use capers instead. Hope it comes out tasty. "

I did exactly as the recipe calls for and the chicken wings were not crispy at all...the skin did not brown. I realize that oven temps are different depending on the oven, but I kept them in there another 20 min. or so after the recommended 25 or so minutes and they still didn't brown up. I think I will just stick to grilling them in the future."

I thought this was amazing! I would however use roma tomatoe's because if you don't let other tomatoes drain well, it can be a little loose.
