"Pretty much fool proof with melt in your mouth results! I did have a problem with my skin starting to burn after about 5 minutes under the broiler, but I'll watch for that next time and maybe move it to a lower rack before it starts happening. Sauce is yummy, I didn't have tarragon so I just left it out. I'm sure it would be even better with it!""
