"Not sure this recipe was ever tested in the test kitchen.
ERRORS: 5 pints of Strawberries do NOT equal 7 1/2 cups mashed fruit. I needed to figure out that 3 more cups of berries = the 1.5 cups of fruit I was short. Also the fruit pectin was not clearly stated. (49G TOTAL required OR did this mean a packet = 49g). No recipe should be left open f"
