I just happened to have clams that my brother in law brought to Pittsburgh from Long Island. didn't want to waste them after the 4th of July. Perfect recipe but I did add a rue to thicken! I made the rue with Rice flour and butter.. A yummy gluten free recipe! Eating left overs now for lunch! My family gave it an A+"
