My Activity

Reviewed Oven Fried Chicken

"This was very good with lots of flavor and great texture. We served it with a gourmet vegetable macaroni salad and it has become a staple in our house. It is now my son's favorite chicken dish. Thanks Paula!"

"Very yummy as a side dish, although my son thought it had too much garlic, haha. Easy to adjust."

Reviewed Wings 3 Ways

"I went crazy over the honey BBQ sauce--couldn't stop eating them. I served them with the Neely's Pimento Cheese Cakes and a salad. We had huge platters of deep fried wings everywhere smothered with the fabulous sauce--YUM!!!"

Reviewed Gina's Pimento Cheese Cakes

"These were VERY rich and creamy with great flavor. My family adored them. I served them with Sunny Anderson's deep fried chicken wings and a salad. That said, they were a little too big for me. Reviewed Lasagna Cupcakes with Sausage and Mango Chutney

"Followed the recipe exactly down to the wonton wrappers. We used a regular muffin pan so when we were done we had twelve cupcakes. Turned out awesome. My daughter couldn't stop eating these!! They are very rich so if you make them muffin size instead of mini it is probably best to serve 1 per person with a side salad to lighten things up. Wil"

Reviewed Vegetable Quesadilla with Parsnip Puree, Caramelized Onion Marmalade, Cilantro Sour Cream

"This is very good using white cheddar. A little time consuming but worth it. My son and I enjoyed the parsnip puree--we like parsnips and it was nice to eat something creative and not run of the mill just like any old quesadilla. If I make it again I will make twice as much onion marmalade as it called for because that was my favorite part of t"

Reviewed Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders and Salad with Tangy Maple Dressing

"This was very sweet and pleasant. Nutmeg is my favoriote spice and when combined with the pecans and bread crumbs(we used panko) it was quite piquant. The chicken tenders were fluffy and crunchy. Next time will probably use less oil in the dressing. Not bad."

Reviewed Chicken Satay Stir-Fry with Orange Scented Jasmine Rice

"I thought it was average. Had to up the OJ and loosen the sauce. Also, there was way too much soy sauce in the sauce. Didn't really compare to other peanut sauces which are lighter and use lime juice, but it was tasty and fair enough for a weeknight dinner. May make again."
