Reviewed homemade dinner rolls

Jul 20, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

These were a hit at my dinner party. They were on the sweet side but I think that's why I, and my friends, liked them so much. These rolls are definitely a recipe I will add to my favorites!

Replied to country pork chop and potatoes with black pepper white gravy

I am trying this recipe tonight. I assume that putting the foil back on would take away any crispiness from the top of the chops. Generally, if "covered" is not specified it is not intended.

Reviewed Instant Pancake Mix

Feb 23, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Awesome! I ran out of pancake/biscuit mix last night and wanted to make pancakes for the kids this morning. I made it exactly as printed. I had no idea why I was separating the eggs (but knowing Alton it is some scientific reason), but this recipe yielded amazing results!

Replied to baked french toast casserole with maple syrup

I think the recipe is missing a step. I find that if you cut the slices a day in advance and leave out to get stale, then the bread won't be too soggy.

Reviewed Onion Strings

Oct 29, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Great for a day of indulgence! My kids, who claim to hate onions, can wipe a plate out in no time. Any time my husband sees buttermilk and a bag of onions in my hand his mouth starts to water. Excellent for football!

I loved it after adding an extra 1/2 cup of cheddar and doubling both the Cajun and salt. In addition, I added a little cayenne. This was great and I plan on making it part of my repertoire! "

Our local grocery store often has a buy 1 get 2 free deal on tilapia. We used to make fish and chips with a lot of it, but I really wanted a lighter recipe. This recipe was EXACTLY what I was looking for!! My 2 year old eats more than I do when I make it! FABULOUS!!"

Reviewed Balsamic Glazed London Broil

I normally cook a chuck roast in the slow cooker, but London broils were buy one get one free and I decided to try this recipe. Just like someone posted previously, I also set off my smoke alarms! However, I would do it time and time again to have this juicy roast!! My whole family ate it up with no leftovers. That means next time I will have to g"

I made this a few nights ago and LOVED it!! I always loved meatloaf, but this recipe had something I have never been able to achieve...moisture when you re-heat!! This meatloaf is as good the next day as on the first!! I will make this meatloaf from now on, others just can't compare!!"

Reviewed Simple Salad Dressing

I like it! It is definately a recipe that some will love, and others will hate, but give it a try!! I like to offset the sweetness with finely grated parmesan cheese. Also, be sure to use regular balsamic and not aged balsamic (since aged is naturally sweeter).""

They are amazing!! I made these for Thanksging, and making them again tonight for my family in a spaghetti recipe just because I got rave reviews!! Emeril is usually known for using exotic ingredients we don't find here in northern New Mexico, but this is a recipe I can make from the pantry! Love 'em!!""
