Reviewed Honey Cornbread Muffins

"Super easy, very good. I made 1/2 the recipe, 12 mini muffins, using the Reynolds foil muffin liners (which don't require a muffin tin and are slightly larger than minis). After reading the reviews I decreased salt to 1/4 tsp, and used buttermilk instead of whole milk (because I had it on hand) and an extra pinch of honey. Baked only 10-11 minutes"

"Quick and easy. Skipped sage as it can be overpowering at times. Added Mozarella cheese, (use whatever cheese you like), rolled and tied chicken breast to keep together. Cooked and browned nicely on stovetop."

"So simple and so good. I followed recipe, including cocktail sauce, exactly. The Tabasco sauce gives it just the right amount of heat. I did however place parchment paper on my baking sheet for even easier clean up. Trying to convince others to use this technique."

"Very good!!. I used Lindt dark chocolate ( the higher the percentage of dark chocolate the better) and also Ghiradrelli white chocolate. I had both chocolates in my cabinets. "Dense but very moist and the orange zest gives it a nice light flavor. Cut into 3 inch cake rounds and put Dole Strawberries and juice with fresh whipped cream and made individual strawberry short cakes. Wonderful"

Reviewed Pizzette with Gorgonzola, Tomato and Basil

"I like the concept of the little pizzas. I made the 2 inch circles then brushed with blue cheese dressing. Topped with small pieces boneless Buffalo chicken and cheddar cheese. Baked as directed. A ton of different little pizzas can be made at the same time. A hit for kids."
