"I made these meatballs just a bit smaller than the recipe indicated, and also made the cheese cubes smaller.

Once I'd formed the meatballs, I put them on a tray and back into the fridge for about an hour which helps the meatballs to seal up nicely. This prevented the cheese bleeding through, which seems to have been a problem for other posters. ""
