Reviewed Gnocchi with Prosciutto, Spring Peas, and Chanterelles

I got a potato ricer for christmas a year ago and FINALLY attempted homemade gnocchi and this recipe is the bomb!! It's quite a few steps but soooo worth it! They are light and fluffy little pillows of goodness. I froze more than half of the batch and plan to make them again. Awesome recipe if you've got a rainy day to spend in the kitchen. Thanks"
