My Activity
Reviewed Asian Grilled Salmon
"Another delicious and easy recipe from Ina! Will definitely add this to the rotation. Also appreciate that it uses ingredients that I already have in my fridge/pantry. "
Reviewed Grandma Paul's Caramel Corn
"Delicious! Works better with 16 cups cooked popcorn than 8 cups. "
Reviewed Indian Rice Pudding
"Yummy! Tastes just like the pudding at the restaurant, and so easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly, using the approximate cup measurements listed, as opposed to the weight measurements for the dry ingredients. "
Reviewed "Mock" Garlic Mashed Potatoes
"Less time consuming to make, and healthier than regular mashed potatoes. I wouldn't necessarily substitute these for real mashed potatoes and cover them in gravy on Thanksgiving Day, but these are still definitely a tasty way to eat your veggies!"
Reviewed Winter Minestrone and Garlic Bruschetta
"My husband and I loved this soup! Very hearty and healthy. The only I change I made was that I used less salt (I started with 1 tsp. vs 1 tablespoon and added only a few shakes more to the whole pot before serving. Between the salt from the broth, pesto and cheese, I didnt feel it needed any more. Another great recipe from Ina! "
Reviewed Lemon Yogurt Cake
"A delicious crowd pleaser! I followed the recipe exactly (minus a few minutes in the oven) and everything came out perfectly. The only thing I'd add to the directions is to remember to sift the confectioner's sugar before mixing it with the lemon juice for the glaze. I forgot to do this and had a few lumps in my glaze. "
Reviewed Spanish Pea Soup with Crispy Ham
"This recipe was so delicious and super easy! Using the frozen peas was not only much easier than waiting for split peas to hydrate, and it has a prettier color and a fresher taste than split pea soup. "
Reviewed Beef with Snow Peas
"Awesome and so quick to make! For an even bigger shortcut, I used a jarred teriyaki sauce (Soy Vay) for both the marinade and the sauce. I have not tried Ree's marinade or sauce. This recipe is a new staple for sure!"
