My family and I loved this recipe! After assembling, I browned the chicken with olive oil and butter. For the sauce, I added a cup of white wine as others have done and about a tsp of butter to thicken it. I served this on the side as a sort of au jus and it was absolutely delicious!! Bobby Flay has hit it out of the park with this one. I cut back on the sugar a bit, and swapped canola oil for peanut oil because of an allergy in the family. Tastes amazing! Could be great on an asian-inspired salad also."
